After releasing the Nike Mac Attack “Silver Linings” earlier this year, Social Status & Nike are back again with a brand-new take on the iconic silhouette.
The Social Status & Nike Mac Attack “Social Currency” features a breathable mesh upper and soft suede overlays covered in an “Ivory” hue. The Swooshes are coated in an eye-catching “Pine Green” with feature tear-away abilities and conceal a bright “Campfire Orange” layer. Finally, the collars and lower heel overlays are also covered in “Pine Green,” the brand’s logos can be located on the tongues, with Nike’s on the right foot and Social Status’ on the left foot.
This collab is the second installment in “The 1st & 15th” story by Social Status. To add to the announcement, a “Double or Nothing” short film has been released that shines a light on the universal economic cycle felt across people, communities, and social classes.
