UPDATE, August 29th. Here is a first and better look at the Powerpuff Girls x Nike SB Dunk Low “Blossom.” The pink Nike SB Dunk Low in collaboration with the Powerpuff Girls. The pink colorway nods to the team leader, featuring black accents, a “Blossom” Nike logo tag at the tongue, and an embroidered eye at the rear. Stay tuned for the other two colorways to be teased soon.
The Nike SB Dunk Low has written its name into sneaker history with multiple iconic releases throughout the years, including several collaborations with some of the biggest names in fashion, television, and music. Next up to receive their very own Nike SB Dunk Low are the Powerpuff Girls.
The collaboration is set to include three different colorways inspired by Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup’s legendary looks. Rumors have been circulating for a while now, and it seems we now have confirmation after an image surfaced online teasing the “Blossom” colorway, dressed in the character’s signature pink hue.
From what we know, each sneaker will feature a premium construction with each character’s iconic bright and bold eye on the heel counter. Although this collab won’t be very easy to get your hands on, as per usual with Nike SB releases, The “Blossom” colorway is rumored to be the only one out of the trio that will release to the public, while the other two colorways could be extremely limited, with one possibly only releasing through select retailers and The Powerpuff Girls’ own channels.
