Nike and Drake’s brand NOCTA are set to continue their successful partnership by introducing their latest project, the Nike x NOCTA “Glide.” This sleek model continues the retro feel from the Nike x NOCTA releases, drawing inspiration from the Zoom Air Flight 95 basketball shoe, arriving in the OG “Black/White” colorway.
The Nike x NOCTA Glide has a breathable mesh on the upper panel, carbon fiber-inspired details on the bug-eyed midsole, and an internal lacing system that features reflective detailing. The four bug eyes on the midsole pay homage to the Zoom Air Flight 95, which initially had three bug eyes, and the Glide also features the same outsole as the Flight 95. However, traction pods have been added on the toe and heel for more grip.
The Nike logo has been playfully integrated into the TPU eyelets, while NOCTA branding is on the tongue. The release date for this retro-inspired sneaker hasn’t been announced yet, so keep it locked here, and we’ll keep you updated.
