Action Bronson Has A New Balance 1906R In The Pipeline

It’s no secret that Action Bronson has had a phenomenal year in the fashion industry so far, releasing two collaborations with New Balance on the 990v6 model that both feature his creative eye for detail. Luckily for us, it seems that the already successful partnership between the two is just beginning, as Bronson first looked at his next collab with New Balance.

Appearing in a bright and bold iteration, Bam Bam Baklava introduced the New Balance 1906R while on stage at Paris Fashion Week. The New Balance 1906R debuted in 2009 and perfectly aligns with the “dad shoe” trend as it features a sleek design and forward-thinking technologies such as hefty proportions and the ABZORB cushioning system in the midsole.

The design of this 1906R resembles the colorway of the third installment of Bronson’s 990v6 collabs, combining a vibrant yellow upper with hits of lime green on the overlays complimented by sunset, orange-colored mudguards. Baby blue laces complete the eye-catching design of this collab, along with a greyscale treatment on the mesh tongue and the unmissable “N” logo on the sidewalls.

With no official release date confirmed, we can only wait and hope that this 1906R releases soon, and we can’t wait to see what else Action Bronson and New Balance have in store for us in the future.
