New Balance has already racked up quite an impressive list of collaborations so far in 2023, and they aren’t done yet. Next in line for a collab is Tokyo-based Auralee, who are no strangers to a project with NB. The duo have already worked together a few times in 2023, and they’re back at it once again, breathing new life into the New Balance 1906R.
This collab includes two colorways, “Beige” & “Blue,” with both pairs featuring a smooth suede material on the upper, followed by a wax treatment on the outsole for a vintage aesthetic. The “Blue” pair combines shades of grey on the upper with an off-white midsole, whilst the “Beige” colorway features hits of green on the lining complimented by a vibrant yellow hue on the sole. If these pairs look similar to you, it’s because they were originally unveiled at Paris Fashion Week earlier this year, and they now finally have an official release date.
