The iconic adidas Samba is on everyone’s “must have” lists. The legendary silhouette has recently returned in its OG colorways while also receiving brand-new interpretations from brands such as KITH, Wales Bonner, and more.
This time, adidas is teaming up with Jason Dill’s Fucking Awesome to put a subtle twist on the Samba. This isn’t the first time this duo has joined forces, although this will be the first time that Dill has put his unique touch on a classic silhouette, and it doesn’t get much more traditional than the adidas Samba.
This collaboration will feature a sleek black leather base combined with the iconic Three Stripes covered in white. Parts of the heel tab also feature hits of white, while the tongue features Fucking Awesome’s graffiti-style branding, with co-branding on the insoles completing the design.
This sneaker will arrive with a special edition box with both brand’s logos featured on it. The Fucking Awesome x adidas Samba is set to be released on the 9th of September at select adidas Originals retailers in-store, online, and on adidas.com.
