If you keep your ear to the ground regarding the latest news in sneaker culture, you may have heard the rumor that Nike and CLOT might end their successful partnership that has been ongoing for almost 17 years.
The duo is releasing what could be their final collaboration in the shape of a Dunk Low which will be the latest installment in the innovative “What The” series. From the limited images available at this time, we can see that the CLOT x Nike Dunk Low “What The” will feature a mash-up of previous collaborations between the duo. The tile panels take inspiration from their “Terracotta” Air Jordan 13 Low, while “Silk Royale” patches and embroidered details from their Air Force 1 and Air Max 1 iterations are located throughout, along with branding on the heel counters, which have also featured in past projects. Whether or not this is CLOT and Nike’s final collab, there is one thing that’s for certain; this is a hell of a way to go out.
