Earlier this year, innovative artist Lil Yachty casually announced that he had recently worked on his very own Nike Air Force 1 during an interview with LA-based sneaker store Cool Kicks, and now, we finally have an idea of how it looks.
Joining forces with Nike for the very first time, Yachty brings a clean aesthetic to the legendary AF1, combining a white leather base with hits of navy on the tongue branding, sock liner, and outsole. This Lil Yachty x Nike Air Force 1 “Concrete Boys” also features Yachty’s Concrete Boys logo embroidered on the lateral sidewall, while classic Nike Air branding on the midsole and “It’s Us” on the tongue complete the design.
The bad news is that this collaboration will be for friends and family only, making it almost impossible to grab a pair. Although, we’re sure that Yachty and Nike are only just getting started.
