The Simpsons and adidas have built quite a relationship over the years, as most of the main characters from the show, including Homer, Marge, and more, have all appeared on some of adidas’ most iconic silhouettes.
adidas is joining forces with the Simpsons yet again, and this time around, the collab will involve two of the most popular characters from the show, Itchy & Scratchy, as well as Poochie, who has actually only made one appearance in the Simpsons back in Season 8 during the episode “The Itchy & Scratchy & Poochie Show,” when Homer Simpson won the coveted role of voice actor for the new member. Itchy’s Rivalry Lo features a vibrant colorway that matches the design of the character, whilst Scratchy’s Rivalry High boasts a more muted colorway, also paying homage to the look of the character. These sneakers will also feature Itchy & Scratchy’s faces embroidered on the heel, along with adidas branding on the tongue and heel counter. Poochie, however, appears on the adidas Pro Model, again with a colorway that matches the character’s look, while an image appears on the heel of Itchy & Scratchy chasing Poochie away, followed by Poochie’s face on the tongue to complete the design.
The Simpsons Itchy & Scratchy (And Poochie) x adidas Collaboration is set to be released on the 7th of October at select adidas retailers.
