A brand-new Spider-Man game is set to swing into action later this month and to celebrate this release, Marvel Studios, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Insomniac Games have joined forces with adidas to introduce a symbiote-infected iteration of the Ultra 4D.
Following on from the first game released in 2018, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 introduces one of Peter Parker’s most deadly foes; Venom, who brings chaos to New York City with the alien symbiote. This upcoming Spider-Man 2 x adidas Ultra 4D combines the heroes’ iconic red, blue, and white suit on the upper with the striking black of the symbiote on the outsole with tendrils sneaking their way onto the sidewall and heel counter, referencing Spider-Man’s own history with the black suit. To finish off the design, this Ultra 4D boasts a spider logo on the tongue with webbing placed underneath. The Spider-Man 2 x adidas Ultra 4D is set to be released on the same day as the game, the 20th of October via the adidas app, online, in-store, and in select retailers.
