For the first time since 2014, London-based brand Maharishi and adidas have teamed up to update the adidas Handball Spezial with a sleek black and gum colourway.
These two brands joined forces for the first time almost a decade ago, as they worked alongside UNDFTD on the ZX 5000, and now, they’ve decided to take the adidas Handball Spezial to the next level. Alongside other classic adidas models such as the Superstar, Samba, and Gazelle, the Handball Spezial has been brought back to life by the brand with Three Stripes, and this collab with Maharishi will only raise the hype behind this silhouette. Equipped with a soft black suede upper, this Handball Spezial features a vintage gum rubber outsole. At the same time, gold-foiled Maharishi branding on the sidewall and adidas branding on the tongue, heel, and midsole complete the design. Finally, the iconic Three Stripes logo features a subtle camo print, paying homage to both brands.
