Kiko Kostadinov and ASICS partnership has been a game-changer in fashion. Known for his innovative designs and unique approach, Kiko Kostadinov has brought his creative vision to the iconic brand, first as a collaborator and then as part of the in-house ASICS team.
In his efforts to push the boundaries of sneaker culture, his latest Paris Fashion Week show brought us something exceptional. As part of his menswear show, the designer soft-launched a new silhouette, which is part of his NOVALIS line, when taking his “designer’s bow,” blending premium materials with signature ASICS DNA.
Novalis was first teased back in May when Kiko took to Instagram that the two brands are working on a luxury line together. With PFW in the rearview mirror, Kiko Kostadinov introduced his first little teaser to the public. After Kiko got to work on the GEL-Kiril, also a new silhouette, he now continues to grow the brand with his own line.
The silhouette has been seen in two different colorways, one with black and grey, while another sports yellow and dark green accents. Crafted from leather and featuring minor mesh underlays, this new sneaker seems to have new tooling and comes with the signature Tiger Stripe. Finished off by embossed “ASICS NOVALIS” lettering on the side, the Novalis line by Kiko is about function and simplicity, leaving everything “non-sense” away.
