Back in 2009, Jordan Brand paid homage to Michael Jordan’s championship runs with the release of the “Raging Bull” pack, a two-in-one-pack (also separately available in Europe) that included two Air Jordan 5. As part of the Defining Moments Series, the pack included a black and red AJ5 that paid homage to the Toro Bravo bull and the red scarves worn during the “Running of the Bulls” festival in Pamplona, Spain. While the black pair featured a synthetic upper with reflective elements, the far more popular red pair was crafted with a suede upper and black accent.
With the bring back of the AJ5 “Raging Bull” in 2021, we now get a first look at the release of the next “Torro Bravo” inspired sneaker, the Air Jordan 6. Dipped in a blend of Varsity Red and Black, Michael Jordan’s 6th signature sneaker, which was originally released in 1991, has now gotten the “Pamplona” treatment.
