Last week Sneakersnstuff New York threw an opening reception celebrating an immersive photography installation curated by BRICK Magazine in the SNS NYC gallery. The show features artists Brock Hampton, Kali Uchis, 2 Chainz and a whole slew of others included in Brick Magazine’s newest issue that now is exclusively available at SNS NYC, along with a limited drop SNS x BRICK hoodie. The gallery will run in the SNS NYC shop through June 14th.
A bit about BRICK if you don’t already know. BRICK is a bi-annual publication that documents the current landscape of hip-hop and R&B and its ever-expanding cultural reach. Created as a reaction to the throwaway content we see online every day, BRICK is defiantly analogue: a 250-page tome filled with beautiful imagery and thought-provoking articles. BRICK pays respect to hip-hop’s pioneers, shines a light on forgotten heroes, and celebrates the most cutting-edge contemporaries through print.
