Global South Korean star G-Dragon has worked with NIKE over the past few years on some of the most coveted sneakers. After releasing their first collaborative Air Force 1 in 2019, the “King of K-Pop” and the Swoosh from Oregon have continued to push the creative boundaries with the first triple-white Nike Kwondo 1 designed by the PEACEMINUSONE head honcho himself. Blending golf shoe elements, Tae Kwon Do elements, skateboarding, and classic Nike DNA, you get the Kwondo 1.

This new signature look is where sneaker culture meets upscale dandy footwear featuring a crafted wingtip upper with a removable lace shroud that gives these kicks a fairway-ready look. Constructed with leather and classic golf shoe elements, the Kwondo 1 is G-Dragon’s signature shoe, ensuring you’ll break 80, at least from a style perspective. After the initial release one year ago, this pair in black and white was teased in June 2022 and, later in August, introduced by Nike; however, fans of the outstanding Nike Kwondo 1 “Panda” (as some might call it) had to wait until April 2023 to finally be able to buy the shoe.
