We have the pleasure to introduce a new brand at Sneakersnstuff – Brandblack. The El Segundo based brand is a pretty new on the market as they launched last year. Brandblack call themselves ”the future of performance seen through a fashion lens”. And we don’t disagree! Extremely nice and technical footwear and apparel. All made for performance but with the aesthetic sensibility of high fashion. Last year the also signed Jamal Crawford from Los Angeles Clippers and this year they released his second signature shoe, the J. Crossover 2.
Brandblack is the brainchild of David Raysse. David has more then twenty years of experience in the business. He has designed for brands like Fila and adidas. He was the guy that designed the iconic Grant Hill II and the Steakhouse over at Fila. The creative director of Brandblack is Billy Dill, a guy that also been in the business for a long time and has experience from both design and retail. When they first met they decided it was time to create ”a different way to fly”. And Brandblack was born.
