It was a busy week this week in Berlin for Sneakersnstuff. We attended the adidas Originals EQT Launch, hosted the premier of the All Gone 2016 book launch and invited Ricky Powell along with brand Dedicated to showcase the legendary New York photographer’s acclaimed slide show. For those of you unfamiliar with Ricky’s work he is best know for capturing images of some of New Yorks most iconic cultural icons. From Andy Wahol and Keith haring to the Beastie Boys, Madonna, Jam Master Jay and Method Man. His slide show presentations are often filled with stories, jokes and controvercies. He is a true character and a crucial figure in the cultural movements of New York city in the 80s and 90s. Check the recap of the event below.
