Complementing January’s blacked out iteration of the contemporary Equipment silhouette, adidas Originals announces the release of a new version of the EQT. Arriving in three styles SUPPORT ADV PK, EQT SUPPORT 93/17 , EQT SUPPORT ADVANCED and THE NEW DAWN TURBO BERLIN
Starting with a full stretch Primeknit upper the EQT Support ADV Primeknit is structured by a soft mold heel panel and the signature Equipment 3-stripes webbed tape lacing system, with essential elements like the EQT Support’s 3-stripes midsole detail retained in full. The shoe’s vivid two-tone black and white palette is then offset by a flash of Turbo Red on the heel, creating a clean, contemporary release with a taste of what’s to come in the latest chapter of EQT.
Up next is the adidas Originals Eqt Support 93/17. Asking around the team at Sneakersnstuff HQ there was a unanimous conclusion that this is one of the comfiest sneakers of recent times. The full Boost sole is dream like comfort.
Finally adidas Originals presents another brand new edition of the EQT Support Ultra model, reconfiguring the classic-meets-contemporary Equipment silhouette in the iconic 90s series’ striking new colour palette.
Retaining the original EQT Support model’s mesh/nubuck construction, this release sees the EQT Support Ultra in a predominantly white treatment, balanced with white panel overlays and a contrast TPU support panel in EQT’s new signature Turbo Red. All of the shoe’s vital details are retained in full, including an asymmetrical wraparound tongue and webbed 3-stripes with integrated lacing system, placed atop the contemporary Ultra Boost tooling that grants the shoe its name. The result is a crisp and clean new approach to a shoe that encapsulates the adidas Originals philosophy of classic design with a contemporary perspective.
